Possible measures
- Warning or temporary/permanent account suspension
- Reset of individual or all account values/statistics
- Temporary or permanent IP suspension
- Exclusion from events
- Exclusion from the payment system
The measure depends on the severity and circumstances of the violation. A reasonable degree of discretion applies. Server administrators decide on sanctions individually. Affected players are generally informed by email.
Rules
Respectful conduct — insults, bullying and toxic behavior are prohibited.
No discrimination — racism, sexism, homophobia and comparable discriminatory behavior are prohibited.
No threats — threats, extortion and harassment are prohibited.
No spam — flooding, excessive caps, chat spam and link spam are prohibited.
No NSFW content — pornographic, sexually explicit or otherwise indecent content in chat or profiles is prohibited.
No extremist content — extremist propaganda, glorification or symbols are prohibited.
Protect private data — doxxing and publishing or sharing private personal data are prohibited.
No cheating — cheats, hacks and other unauthorized tools are prohibited.
No botting — bots, macros and auto-clickers are prohibited.
No bug exploitation — bugs and exploits must not be used to gain an advantage.
No technical manipulation — lag, disconnects, duplication/duping or similar technical effects must not be exploited.
Bug reporting obligation — discovered bugs must be reported and must not be deliberately distributed for abuse.
No account sharing — accounts may not be shared or jointly played by multiple people.
No account trading — buying, selling or exchanging accounts is prohibited.
Fair play — deliberate manipulation of matches or events, including win trading, is prohibited.
No multi-account abuse — multiple accounts must not be used to gain an unfair advantage.
Names and clan tags — offensive, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate names and tags are prohibited.
Respect support staff — sanctions may be discussed objectively; harassment, threats or targeted campaigns against staff are prohibited.
Follow staff instructions — reasonable instructions from moderators, game masters and server administrators must be followed.
