Scope
These terms apply to the DarkDominion online game, website, launcher, accounts and associated services. Use is intended for personal entertainment.
Development status
DarkDominion and its website are currently under active development. Features, content, access conditions and technical requirements may change before and during beta phases. Individual functions or the game itself may temporarily be unavailable. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Registration and account activation
By submitting the registration form and accepting these Terms, you request a DarkDominion account. Registration takes place on the official website. Normal account use requires confirmation of the stored email address. Access to individual services, including the launcher download, may depend on login status, development stage and release availability.
Website login, launcher and game login
The website login is used for website functions such as account access and protected downloads. The launcher and game may require a separate login with the same DarkDominion account. A website session does not replace a launcher or game session.
Account and security
You are responsible for protecting your account, password and access to the associated email address. If two-factor authentication is enabled, the additional authenticator code is required where provided. Account sharing, selling, trading or transferring accounts is not allowed.
Virtual content
Accounts, characters, rankings, virtual currencies and items are server-side data. They have no real-money value and may be changed, corrected, removed or reset if technically or administratively necessary.
Moderation
You must follow the server rules and moderation instructions. Insults, harassment, spam, threats, exploits, cheating, account sharing, attacks, manipulation or attempts to disrupt the service may lead to warnings, temporary suspensions or permanent bans.
Support and communication
Support requests can be submitted through the official website or sent to support@darkdominion.info. Users must provide sufficiently accurate information for their request to be processed. A specific response time is not guaranteed unless required by law.
Account termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account through the official DarkDominion support channels. DarkDominion may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated rule violations, fraud, attacks, cheating, security threats or other misuse.
Self-service account deletion
You can permanently delete your account yourself through the Account Center. Deletion is performed after a security check and cannot be reversed by you or by DarkDominion administrators. A self-deleted account cannot be restored. Account-related support may no longer be possible after deletion because the required account data may no longer exist. Mandatory statutory retention obligations and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
Intellectual property
DarkDominion software, graphics, sounds, names, designs and other game content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Users receive only the right to use the service as intended; copying, extracting, selling or redistributing protected content without permission is prohibited.
Availability and changes
DarkDominion may be maintained, updated, balanced, expanded or modified as part of normal game operation. Temporary interruptions may occur, especially for maintenance, security measures or technical faults. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Applicable rules
German law applies where legally permissible. Mandatory consumer-protection rights at the user’s habitual residence remain unaffected.
